The Creek is calling.
Black Diamond named its Creek 50 Backpack after the climbing area that requires you to bring a massive trad rack every time. Influenced by haul bags, the Creek’s ultra-durable waterproof shell is large enough to hold a hextuple rack if need be. As a backpack, the Creek’s thermormed back panel, padded shoulder straps, and removable waist belt, ensure a comfy carry up those steep approaches.
The Creek is a traditional top loader, and Black Diamond added a full-length side zipper closure so you can dump out your gear once you reach your classic crack of choice. This pack also features a tuck-away strap for a climbing rope, a stowable rain hood that doubles as a helmet carry, and multiple pockets to organize your valuables.
